Who we are

FlowSprite is a Salesforce DevOps product operated by Checkpoint GTM ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, email hello@flowsprite.com. This policy covers the marketing website at flowsprite.com. The FlowSprite application, once you sign up, is covered by the in-product privacy terms presented at signup.

What we collect on this website

• Things you send us. If you email us or start a trial, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Product-analytics and bug capture. flowsprite.com loads a self-hosted bug-reporting widget (Crikket) that can capture page screenshots and interaction context when a session is recorded, so we can reproduce and fix issues. It is used for product quality only.
• Server and CDN logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) to deliver and secure the site.
• Fonts. Some fonts load from Google Fonts; requesting them exposes your IP address to Google under their terms.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it and how long we keep it

We use the data above to operate and secure the website, respond to you, and fix bugs. We keep website contact records and bug captures only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete them. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the site (for example Cloudflare for hosting and our self-hosted Crikket bug tooling) and only so they can provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you from this website, or object to a particular use. Email hello@flowsprite.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
