For compliance & security

For the person who has to prove the org is under control

Access reviews, change-management evidence, the auditor's questions about Salesforce — the work lands on you, and the honest answer has too often been "we're careful." FlowSprite turns every configuration change into a reviewed, approved, logged event in your own GitHub, and makes the access picture something you can pull in minutes instead of days.

The recurring work, without the scramble

01

The access recertification

Your profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, and sharing rules sync into your repository as versioned files. When the review comes round, you read and diff the grants themselves instead of clicking through Setup one profile at a time — and because every version is kept, you can see what a grant looked like at the last review and exactly what has changed since. You still do the certifying. Pull an over-broad grant and that removal travels the same reviewed, logged route as any other change.

02

A change goes through the process

A field, a validation rule, a permission adjustment — each one opens a pull request carrying the exact diff, a plain-English summary, and the request behind it. It deploys to a sandbox before production. Someone approves it, and on Enterprise / Agency the person who requested it cannot be the one who approves it. Every step is recorded as it happens, not reconstructed at audit time.

03

The evidence is already assembled

The pull request, the signed commit, and the deploy event are three independent, queryable records in your own repository — kept whether or not the person who made the change still works here. When the auditor asks for the last six months of Salesforce changes, or for proof that changes are tested and approved before they go live, you export them.

The auditor’s questions have answers

"Show me your change-control process for Salesforce." "Who can see customer data, and who approved that access?" "How do you know a change was tested before production?" Each one is a report or an export now, not a scramble across Setup screens and people’s memory.
